Bossitiviti provides digital services and business solutions. As these are non-tangible and customized services, returns are not applicable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the service has not yet been started. Once the service process has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
• Duplicate payment made by the customer
• Service not delivered within the committed timeframe (without valid reason)
• Inability to fulfill the requested service from our end
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
• Change of mind after service initiation
• Delay caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer
• Services that have already been completed or delivered
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction.
6. Processing Fees
Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the payment provider's policies.
